A. Refund & Return Policy

PowerWashing.com partners with manufacturers and distributors to offer industry-leading equipment and supplies. Since most products are drop-shipped, returns and refunds must follow the manufacturer’s specific policies.

1. Manufacturer-Handled Returns & Refunds

• PowerWashing.com does not process returns directly.
• Refunds and exchanges are handled exclusively by the manufacturer.
• Manufacturer policies override all general guidelines.

We will help connect customers with the correct support team but we do not approve or deny refund decisions.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: We will submit a cancellation request. Approval is not guaranteed.

After Shipment: The order cannot be canceled. Customers must follow manufacturer return policies.

• Restocking fees
• Return shipping costs
• Inspection requirements
• Non-returnable categories

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Freight shipments MUST be inspected upon delivery.

• Note damage on the delivery receipt
• Take photos/videos
• Refuse delivery if severely damaged

Damage claims must be filed with the manufacturer or freight carrier. PowerWashing.com is not responsible for freight issues or denied claims.

4. Non-Returnable Items Include:

• Custom-built pressure washers or skids
• Special-order equipment
• Opened chemicals/detergents
• Used or installed parts
• Electrical components
• Clearance items

5. Warranty Claims

All warranties come directly from the manufacturer. Customers must file claims with manufacturer support teams.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds (if approved) are issued by the manufacturer to the original payment method.

7. Distributor-Delivered Equipment

Inspection must occur at the distributor before pickup. Distributor and manufacturer rules apply.

8. Our Role

We assist by:

• Providing manufacturer contact info
• Supplying order details for claims

We do NOT: approve claims, pay freight fees, replace items, or issue manufacturer refunds.
